Research Training
Overview
The aim of the Primary Health Care and Research Development (PHCRED) program is to foster research capacity building in general practice and primary health care. This program supports the various research capacity building activities undertaken by MICRRH.
These activities include one-on-one education on the research process for novice researchers, mentoring and support for researchers (e.g. GPs engaged in in-practice research), and a range of training workshops.
MICRRH delivers workshops, generally free of charge, to local organisations as required. The workshops currently available are listed below. The research unit will develop additional workshops on request. If you would like MICRRH to assist in building research capacity in your organisation, please contact the Research Unit on (07) 4744 7913 or by email.
